OSTOK Volleyball Club is excited to deliver U17 Girls Open Training at Sydney Olympic Park Sports Halls

Our U17/U19 Girls Open Training Program is open to both current Vostok players and new players who want to improve their volleyball skills, develop their game, and prepare for the 2027 Youth Sydney Volleyball League (YSVL) season.

The sessions will focus on developing individual technical skills, game understanding, teamwork, and match play in a positive and structured training environment.

Whether you are already playing competitive volleyball or looking to take the next step towards joining a YSVL team, these sessions are a great opportunity to train, improve, and experience the Vostok program.

New players are welcome!

Sessions are delivered by accredited coaches using age-appropriate drills and activities aligned with Volleyball Australia’s Spikeroos framework.
